What’s happening in Ave Maria? 

September seems to always be the slowest month of the year, but thankfully we were pretty busy.  We closed 5214 Milano St, which is a home at the $400+ price point.  These types of homes are more difficult to move here in town, in the sense that it almost always takes quite a bit more time to secure a buyer.  It was nice to get this one moved, and we look forward to doing the same for our other sellers.  As a side note-  if you know anyone who might be interested in purchasing a home here in Ave Maria at this higher price point-  please have them contact us.  Almost always, there is a much better deal to be had buying a resale rather than dealing directly with the builder.

This month we also had a strong showing in Bellera.  We closed on one home on Italia and locked another villa under contract on Helena Ct.  Joseph Title also had it’s first closing.   Congratulations to all the new home owners and sellers.
