About Maple Ridge at Ave Maria

Maple Ridge is located adjacent to the town center to the south.  Homes here are single floor and two story, and vary in size from 1900 – 4000+ sq ft.  Some locations are extremely close to town center, offering easy access to local shops and merchants.  These concrete block homes include concrete for the second floor.  Impact windows on the second floor comes with the builder’s standard package.  Maple Ridge offers some extremely desirable lot locations.

Fences are allowed in Maple Ridge, and lawn is not included in the maintenance fee.
