About Hampton Village at Ave Maria

Hampton Village is one of Ave Maria’s original communities. Built by Pulte, the Developer put a lot of emphasis into the neighborhood’s appeal. Hampton Village is located adjacent to the town center as well as Ave Maria Blvd. Homes are spaced very far apart from one another, and each home has a significant amount of architectural detail that includes moulding, arches, and wide front porches and balconies.

Ave Maria is also a resident controlled Homeowners Association. It is no longer controlled by the Developer because it is built out. The residents of Hampton Village have done a splendid job in taking over these responsibilities, which also includes some perks. Residents can decide what they want to pay for and how they want their neighborhood to be governed.
