About Emerson Park at Ave Maria

Emerson Park is one of Ave Maria’s hottest neighborhoods!  Located to the north east of the Donahue Academy, Emerson Park offers a variety of homes at one of the Town’s most affordable price points.  Most homes are single story, consisting of three of four bedrooms.  A small percentage of homes here have a second floor.  One very desirable trait in Emerson Park is that it has a large green space in the middle of the neighborhood, where people gather to chat and watch their children play.

Emerson Park allows for fencing.  Lawn maintenance is not included.  Emerson is probably most liberal when it comes to yard maintenance, so it is a definitely a hot spot for green thumbs who like to plant!
