About Avalon Park at Ave Maria

Avalon Park homes is one of Ave Maria’s newest neighborhoods.  These homes are situated just north of town center, within walking distance.  Built by Pulte, many of Avalon’s homes face large water, University and stunning Oratory views.  Many homes also face and surround the local K-12 Donahue Academy.  Bike trails also surround the neighborhood, providing easy access to town center, North Park, and the Water Park.

Avalon’s homeowner’s association includes lawn maintenance.  Additionally, fences are allowed in Avalon Park.  Homes here are built exclusively by Pulte, and start at around the mid 250’s and work upwards from there.  Ranch and two story homes are available in a variety of sizes.  Pulte also offers a very nice warranty package for new construction, that also transfers with the home in the event of a resale.
